This project involved a ground-up new residence replacing a demolished dwelling within its original footprint, in the prestigious Timbertop Estate. Restore was engaged across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction, and the build is now nearing completion.

The brief called for a single-storey family dwelling that is understated in its presence yet uncompromising in performance — a quietly modern home that sits with confidence in one of Melbourne's most sought-after addresses. The scope extended beyond the dwelling itself to include a garage, pool, landscaping, and a combined sub- and surface-water management system, delivered as one carefully considered whole.
